There are a few threads on the wakeskating.com forum that suggest that there was some bad stuff that went down when Schmaltz's first board company (Mutiny) broke up. I really have no first hand knowledge of this, but I'd rather Erich get my money than someone who may have ripped him off or something.

As Ctipping stated above, it may be a pretty decent deck, and it may just be a private seller who has no connection to the stuff above. But the skates from Schmaltz's new company, Integrity, have been proven to be among the best that money can buy. I love my '05 Team.

the mutiny skates were sick and just as far ahead of there time as the Integs deffinately worth getting, and its a collectible as well b/c they dont make them anymore

I'd say skip the Mutiny and definitely go for an Integrity. The Mutiny's were sick, but Erich has the Integrity's dialed in so much better than the old ones. I got to ride all the Mutiny decks this summer, it was awesome. I'd still go with an Integrity though.

HHI Dave, it would be the most recent Photo Annual. I think it has Rusty on the cover but I can't remember.

Nick also has a little piece written about him in the Alliance Photo Annual that came out a week ago.

check them both out. both are sick issues...
