Check out one of those jump starter boxes.

They usually have 12V DC plugs on them (mine has 2 and cost $22 on sale from Kragen). Another option is connecting straight to your battery. My tube inflator came with a set of cables that had clamps on one end to connect to the battery and the other end was a plug for cig lighter style plugs.
