how to do a 1080

i've been doin a 900 forever and i cant seem to make the extra spin. Has any one else done it?

If you've been doing 900's forever, you're favorite trick wouldn't be a heelside indy 180 and you would be sponsored by a board company, therefore meaning your setup wouldn't be a Hyperlite Premier with Liquid Force Alphas.

900s are so easy... when you do a 1080

1.you cut into a tripple up uncontrollably (make sure your but is touching the water)
2.hit the tripple...and dont miss it
3.jump
4.spin fast
5.throw the handle straight up
6.keep spinning fast
7.now spin faster
8.now spot the handle and grab it
9.land it
10.get on your computer and brag to everyone that you can do it

there you go...10 steps to landing a 10 Cool

I throw 1080's ALL the time. I get about 540 degrees and SMACK--Water. But I went up to the wake thinking 1080, so I automatically get recognition for trying one.

Nah, but seriously.. I rode with a guy that threw HUGE Switch Heel 9's W2W. they were amazing and he had them pretty much dialed. He missed one or two out of about six.
