I just thought I'd give the big nod to Monster Tower, for once again going above and beyond the call of normal customer service to prove that they're still the leader in that department, one that all companies should aspire to be like.

I've had my tower for 2 seasons now, and without going into too many details, I ran into a cosmetic issue that's explicitly not covered in the warranty. I contacted Monster enquiring how I could purchase the replacement parts. Not only did they send me replacement parts for free, they even paid the return shipping on the old parts. I also had a couple bolts that keep loosening up, and upon contacting customer support, they threw in a new set of bolts to replace the old ones, along with instructions on how to keep the bolts from loosening up again.

I just thought I'd share this positive experience. Anyone contemplating purchasing a tower for their boat, I highly recommend Monster Tower, not only because they make an excellent product, but their customer support is world class.

Not affiliated with Monster, just a very satisfied customer Very Happy

Good to hear.

I've pretty much decided to put a Monster on my boat over the winter. Cool

Which bolts are you talking about that keep coming loose? I own a monster tower also and some of the bolts come loose on me all the time. Also i lost one bolt in a different section so i need to contact them anyway.

Their customer support is great. The day after i ordered mine i got in a car accident and had to pay my 500dollar deductable and needed to cancel my order from them. Well i was able to come up with the 500 dollars from another savings account and still get the monster tower. They were great about helping me out and being really quick about getting me my tower. I love it and can't wait to add more accessories.
