im riding behind a natique air 210 and im having trouble clearing the wake. for a while i was landing on the peak of the other wake and now im not even that close. i was riding behind a friends tige and i was clearing the wake easily but the wake was alot smaller. i was wondering if its the wake. the wake seems pretty wide. ive got a pretty solid hs progressive edge to get with it. its just not happening. any help would be awesome. thanks _________________ I suck |

i had this problem when i rode behind my friends natique (im probably not the best person to give advice but) i would
1.) shorten the rope as short as it can go
2.) maybe speed up
3.)u could try and but the gate closed or open what ever to make it smaller
but if all that works i was told to let the rope out all the way and just charge it balls to the wall
+best advice dont be scared (pain dosent last) _________________ YEA I'M A BAND NERD WHAT YA GOING TO DO ABOUT YO!!!!

| Yea, best bet would be to shorten the rope all the way and just charge it |

You could go with a shorter rope... You could try to adjust other items in your edging to see if you can work through it... _________________ JRP |

No disrepsect intended, but do not whatever you do take the advice to flatten the board off before hitting the wake. This is the main reason most people have problems going wake to wake. The important thing is not to flatten off but to maintain your edge all the way up the wake.
Don't worry about the rope length or the boat speed, just work on that progressive edge. Try to slow down the initial carve - cut in nice and gently until you get nearer the wake and then start to harden your carve as you get close. If you get the progressive edge right then you will go wake to wake on any rope length even without taking it too hard. Then you just harden it up until you are going big on both sides. |
