Robert Harp, I'm cool with that. People who buy boards based on the pros that ride them deserve to spend $800 blindly. But hey, wakeboarding is such a mental game, that if that person honestly believes the'yre riding the best board ever built, it may help their riding.

Chavez, yeah, I agree. I wasn't giving any props to Ronix for the 1080 itself (although that 5 lbs. less around your feet HAS to help a little--even just mentally--on a trick where how fast you spin is pretty much all that matters Smile

), but they very easily could have made a direct profit by putting it in a Ronix team video or promotional DVD or as a free gift with every Ronix purchase.

i meant the entire combination...supposedly, his ronix bindings/board combination weighs 5 lbs. less than his hyperlite premier and the murray bindings he wore
