I have been wakeboarding for the summer using an old 1999 LF board(first year). I wanted a newer board so I got a Substance. Is this board to advanced for a beginner to learn on? It was a lot different that riding my old one but I thought I might just need some practice on it.

if you've already been riding for a summer you'll be fine on that board.. and it wont take very long to get used to.

Thanks, it cut alot different than my old board and that is what I needed to get used to. Thanks again for the advice, I really didn't want to trade it or look for a new one again.

Dude, a more advanced board is not "too hard" for ANYONE. It'll just make learning a little harder.
