I thought I might post some pics of the Epic 23v. The boat is freakin sweet. If your in Southeastern Wisconsin feel free to flag me down if you see me on the lake with her. I always like to see peoples faces after they get done riding and there like why cant my wake be like that.

Peace
Scott

Congrats on the new boat. I love the wake, and the interior DOES look comfy. I am not sure if I like the dash compared with some of the ones that look a bit more modern.

They are doing a good job of promoting it though, you gotta give them that.

On another note, I'm 6'3". Here's me riding that same day.

That surf wake is sick!!! The wakeboarding wake looks like it has good potential, but no one can really tell at 20mph, but looks like some good shape is forming

Why did they put the Tige look alike tower on it? It looks like a hot chick with a cold sore.

What's the sticker price going to be on these? And when are they going to be sold to the public (or are they already)?

So what's the wake look like with all the ballast filled up? I really wish there was one close to me. I've wanted to check it out since I first heard of Epic. Looks like a blast!

It kind of sounds like you measure you're height or the surf wake height the same way I measure my "hammer". I think I'm now at a full 18 inches after my "Swedish pump is my bag baby" Rolling Eyes

When I mean the surf wake was as tall as me when I was standing on the back swim step. Granted the step in the water some it still pretty freakin huge. To answer RufioSwashbuckle question i ride at 23MPH with a 90ft rope length. I can clear wake easily by going just past the wash zone. If you want to go out as far as you can go and charge in your in for the ride of your life. The boat was 65 including the trailer. I also got all the options on it. Theres only 3 options it comes standard with everything else. This boat is amazing it turns like a sports car on the water even with full ballast and packed with people. The dual rudder system is so nice. And the transom audio is so much better than tower speakers. You can actually have a conversion in the boat with some one riding out back. You dont have to shout over the tower speakers. Fell free to ask me anymore questions about her. Shes a freakin sweet boat and shes a steal for the money I spent on her.

Thats the picture of the transom audio. Cant see to much but if you look through one of the little holes you can see all the speakers.

Could you get some riding pics where you're riding at 23mph, and 90ft back? Very interested to see them.

And if you are ever around MPLS with the boat, let me know pleaaaaaaaaase!

waveboy9813, You've actually gotten the starboard side to clean up witht that double rutter system? I'd be surprised if you did personally. When we got one to screw around with for the weekend... well it was a mess. Tried for a day and a half to clean up the starboard side.. Just wasnt happening. even with over 1000 lbs of guys sitting on one side to clean it up...

On the bright side.. i could have been a heelside hero Laughing

The rudder was made wrong; thats what made the toe side wash out. So basiclly the dealership called me up, I took it in and they fixed it. It was an amazing difference. The boat dealer I bought from was great they are giving away free winter storage on any boat bought now through december. My boat, I custom ordered and they had it here by the end of August. When I went to get the rudder fixed, I found out they're now taking orders for the shipment that comes in october. I guess if anyone bought one you could still use the boat till the end of october. I will try to take some pics in the next couple of days of me riding at 23 with 90 foot rope. I swear to god you can easily clear the wake by just going to the wash and back. The wake is incredible, the pop is amazing. I looked at the xstar before I bought this boat. The wake on the epic blows the xstar out of the water. To get a wake like I get on the epic I would have to fat sac the damn boat. Plus, for the money you really cant go wrong with her.

She was 65 including trailer. I got her will all the options too. Well there was only 3 options she came standard with everything else. Another freakin nice thing is that you can get any color you want on her. You can also get almost any color for the tower, and the samething goes for the interior.

_Jason_, the Epic boat in sacramento has some issues that are still being dealt with, rudder included. I was on that boat a bit after the reno PWT and they were still working out all the kinks. a few weeks back i went to FL and rode with one of the company owners on his Epic, and it was allll good. no issues of any kind there.

Yept those are intakes for the ballast. Also the speakers are marine grade speakers. You can drench theses things and they still work great.

Like the boat. I'm sure I wouldn't like the gas mileage. I'm just not one for a 23' boat.

The captains chair looks sweet.
