I just took out my bros board for a ride today and I really liked it, but im gonna need my own board. He has his a hyperlite motive, its good, but I dont want to get the same board. I looked at the liquidforce stance, but the bindings aren't big enough (the model not the ones at the store) so I found this obrien vision 140 with big enough bindingsfor 320 in stock. Well is it a good board for a beginner progressing? It has a continous rocker so thats good for me I guess. Heres the site, it says 140, but the pic isn't the same as the 140 at the obrien site...

I've heard the vision is good, but haven't ridden it myself. You should see if any shops around you will let you demo it.

It's a decent board, a buddy of mine has one. It's been around forever though, you should see if you can get a slightly better deal than 320.

Here'a a deal from The House for 149....

The House

EDIT: Sorry, I guess that's 149 savings Very Happy I need coffee I guess.

Anyway, it'll grow with you. 4 fins in the corner is the way most boards are going these days, and this board has them. It's easy to ride, not too aggressive, and gives decent pop.
