| Hey, I've been researching and practicing and I'm still having alot of trouble getting more than 3-4ft of air. I'm trying to get up to a comfortable height so I at least have enough time to make a grab. I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. Just for reference, the board I'm using is a LF Bonifay, so I know its not the board, its all rider error I'm sure. Anyways, I've been trying to progressive edge and all and standing tall, and pulling the rope to me, but I dont think I quite understand "progressive edging" fully. I've read the tips here and watched the vids but to no avail. Also I've heard alotta talk about loading the line and pop from the wake; what is all this? When they're saying pop, should it be a pop or abrubt hit on the wake or what? Can someone with some experience help me get my board up and level??? Thanx guys. |

| 3-4 ft of air should be enough to do a grab. One thing to remember bring the board to u. dont reach down to the board. maybe that is why you r not lvling out in the air. |

| I donno that starting big when you're small such a bad thing. He'll get used to the board it's not like the board will tempt him to do 7's and tantrums and rallies just starting out. though its a lot like a manual transmission |

You should be at your fastest when you reach the crest of the wake. Never flatten out your board, and stand tall right before you hit the crest. _________________ It won't be easy, but when I get there it will be one of the most satisfying journeys of my life. |
