| I recently saw a simalir post about what you can do in the off season in cold weather climates, the tramp is a great exersize b/c it is as close to the real thing with out water, just hook a line to a near by tree and go. Another good way to fufill your obsession is try a balence board, simply a wooden board on a 3 to 4 inch roller or pipe, they can help on balence and even spin manuvers while still be entertaining. Indo boards are very popular but if your short the change you can make your own, go to your a hardware stor and buy at leats a foot of 3 to 4 inch pvc piping, along with 2ft. by 1ft. pice of 3/4 inch ply wood. details can vairy but basicly a baord on a roller. hope it works for you. PEACE |

Well for me I have no trampoline, but I took an old skate deck and a pair of old flipflops and ducktaped them onto the board. I took some pvc piping and used it as a roller (under the board) and its kinda fun to balance/do 180s and such. I also put a rope around a support beam just so id have something to hold onto and practice my handlepasses. _________________ Litrecola? Do we sell litrecola? |

You could snowboard in the winter along with working out. Also....you definitely need to take your fins off if you want to use your board on the trampoline. You should also try to not land on an edge. _________________ It won't be easy, but when I get there it will be one of the most satisfying journeys of my life. |

| snowboarding, work out, indo board, skateboard, etc. for the tramp use a crappy board and put duct tape around it like 7 or 8 times to make sure it doesn't rip the tramp |

I've never been on a tramp, but I can't imagin doing it with a board?
We snowboard in winter (indoor, with real snow...)

Try tieing a crappy rope and handle to the tree and bring it on the tramp with you and do your flips and handle passing that way...it's a little easier when you get out on the water. _________________ *Go Big or Go Home*

It's tough but it depends on how light your board is. And some times its hard to get back up if you fall but you'll learn the technique. It's like medicine balling it, it really works out your legs like crazy. |
