ts 5's (video included)

just wondering if anyone has some tips on landing these or how i can improve what i'm doing. i either do them like this or have really painful faceplants. any advice would be appreciated.

Tantrum10 you pretty much have them by the looks of the video. Try get the full spin done before landing by the looks of it your just coming up short and sliding around could be the cause of lose of control. when you feel your getting pulled out front is sometimes caused by spinning off the wake and the board goes off axis only slightly resulting in a face plant.

You pretty much have it won't be long
also for extra control on landing getting your front hand on the handle gets you in a much stronger position (not extremely important)

Sorry but also your landing in an akward (spelling) part of the wake. try mellow the cut and land on the transition of the second wake. for softer and smoother landings

Tantrum10, you are landing with a lot of weight over your toes. Try to adjust so that you land with some weight on your heels and edge away upon landing.

Flatten off your cut a little bit earlier and focus more on getting the vertical pop off the wake. This will help you take it wake to wake, making the landing much easier. Looks like you've pretty much got it though..

It looks like you have could landed it on the video, but even if you did land it I don't think you could land it again consistently. The thing is that you don't have enough height on you ts wake jump- you just passed the handle really fast and hoping to land it. My advice is to you work on your ts wake jump so that you can spot your landing. You need to have a moment of pasue (or at least a feeling of it) before you spin. Only that you can land it consistently.

Trust me not landing a trick again is worst than not landing it at all...

i go higher when i do normal ts stuff like grabs and 180's and stuff, it's just when i do 3's and 5's i guess i focus too much on the rotation and less on the pop. i'm going to try it this weekend behind my friends nautique cause i only have an IO. so behind his boat i don't even need to think about pop and i get plenty.
