So the Illinois vs. New York game is on, and one of the kids from Staten Island makes an amazing double play. All of the kids are ecstatic running into the dugout and they mic'd the dugout to listen to all of their reactions, and then all of a sudden, you hear one of kids scream "ONE F*CKING RUN". It was hysterical, i'm still laughing, the anouncers went silent!!! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Typical Staten Island

I didn't notice that, but I couldn't believe that kid started walking off of 2nd base with only 2 outs. He's gonna be feeling rather crumby for a while.

The umpires suck. I have watched a couple of games and the strike zone in all of them was constantly changing, they seem to be strike happy. That double play in the staten island, illinois game was obviously not a double play. The second baseman missed the tag by a MILE, I could see it clear as day and somehow none of the umps on the field caught it. After the commercial break in the middle of the inning the announcers even made it clear that the tag was missed.

I thought it was odd how the once announcer kept saying it was a 'big league play' made by the 2nd baseman on selling the play and acting like he tagged him. It seemed to me like the kid gave up and went to 1st for the sure out and then was shocked when he heard the baserunner was also out, or at least that's how it looked to me by his reaction. I think it's the wrong message to be saying it's a big league play to act like he made the out. It just seems like the wrong message to send, even though it's rather minor.
