| How long have you been riding? The first couple of times that I went out I was riding really low with my butt sticking out to balance my weight. So I was also having the hip issue. Once I came onto this site and learned how to stand up correctly my hips no longer give me any issues:) |

| Also, landing hard can put pressure on the hip / lower back. My friend hurt his on the trampoline, mine on the wake. |

I've heard that ladies have more hip problems just from the build of your bodies, but I found that sometimes when my feet were too far apart or too close together and/or too ducked or not ducked enough that I had a hip pain after a while. Make sure you're stance is comfortable and maybe play with adjusting the width and angle of it to help out! _________________ This has been a DizzyG Message |

| Another thing, when getting up onto the water, make sure arms are wrapped around hips, not between, this is to protect the hips. |
