My friend is looking of getting away from just a extended pole to a tower. Just wondering if anyone has pictures of a custom tower for a Malibu Response?

Swass has a Response with a Titan tower...which is the factory tower of the day(and maybe still) for Malibu. Do you mean only custom towers or any tower?????

Quick search on boattrader.com will give you photos of about 20+ with different towers....

That is a really pretty boat. Malibus OWN the titan/Monster tower look. The clean lines of the Malibus are accented almost perfectly by the titan & the monster. Nice boat.

i think he would prob go with titan III since is the only titan tower exclusive to malibu now, titan I and II are now avaliable for any boat. Imo titan III is the best looking titan tower.

i should add thats not my boat, courtesy of a fellow of wsr

Sorry to hi-jack the thread, but Swass, how do you weight your Response for wakeboarding? If I have my bowsack in (without the rear sack), my bow is maybe 3" off the water, and then that just leads to water in the boat.

Why would you only fill your bow sack in a DD?

I lost some plugs, and I cant seat people in the back if I put the rear sack in, again causing me to take less and less people out.

I have big plans this winter, it just may prevent from buying myself a car for another two years though..... I hate to be a noob, but I didn't turn up too much search wise. Is it possible for me to get a blade or illusion tower for my response? I love the look of those towers, and I know that noone else in my family would complain about the looks if I got one. I went over to malibucrew.com and got some help. It looks as if I am going to have a custom fat seat made for my response, and I will be attaching that to ballast pumps, as well as my bow sac, so then I will hopefully potentially have two ballast sacs, because taking 15+ min per fat sac sucks. I also want to ditch the teak swim platform, get an illusion tower, bimini, two board racks, 2 tower speakers (to start) 6 in-boat speakers (2 more than the current) 1 sub, and then I have not worked out the amp/battery details yet. It is going to be a big project, and I have a feeling that I will not have very much money for a long period of time (I think I could sell my current tower, fat sac, speakers&audio, bimini, and all that stuff and some more for about 1grand to maybe 1.5 grand, and hopefully I can drop at least 1350$ out of my pocket, and we will see what my parents might be able to contribute.

I'm not sure re: your question on the Blade or Illusion. We have a narrower beam than the Wakesetters, so it would have to be a custom job, I think. That would get expensive.

I can tell you that finding a place to mount the amps will be a challenge. There just are not many options, especially if you want to mount several. I did it this way (see amp pic).

I mounted an 8" sub in an Audioformz enclosure on the shelf above/in front of the driver's seat. I wanted to go with a 10", but the enclosure wouldn't fit there.
