first time out---> got up after 2 tries, then completed a surface 180 and rode switch a bit and then feel after tring to go back. no prob there. i just want to know how much skill will i build behind a jetski? also im a 29yearold father w/ 3 kids so i don't have 50k to buy a boat.lol
but after riding for 20 mins or so the top of my right foot fells like it going numb. what should my binding feel like on my feet??? i belive my equip.
is a little small for me. LF squirt 132cm w/ prosuction med bindings
my shoe size is 9.5-10 and i weight about 190lbs. would the board work better with bigger bindings or should i just get a bigger board and bindings?
anyway thanks for any info

Yeah I would say your whole setup is a little small. If you can afford it, spring for a new package. You can find 2006 setups for beginners starting at about $300. You could also scrounge around eBay for something.
As far as skill behind a jetski, I would say you could get the basics down pretty well. That being said, I've never ridden behind a jetski. You should be able to learn your progressive edges, riding switch, ollies, surface 180's and 360's. I would imagine to get wake-to-wake jumps and everything else that stems off of that, you would need an actual boat wake...I could be wrong though... _________________ Whoever coined the term "Near Beer" was a very poor judge of distance... |

I too am a father of 2, and do not have the $$ to drop $30 - 60K on a boat. I just picked up a new boat cheep. Bayliner 175 XT "Best bang for the buck if you ask me"

And a new wake board from Sports Authority for $140.00, they are having a massive closeout on watersports stuff. $220 board. |

get a new setup, your board is too small and your bindings might be too.
also try to make friends that wakeboard, and they might take you on their boat. |
