As you might have seen in my other thread, in two weeks I ripped the rubber parts of my 2004 Comp bindings, then yanked the anchors out of the '04 Nirvana board. I spoke with warranty, who said the stuff was out-of-warranty, and that sales could probably get me the parts. The VERY NICE guy in sales said that since I was having so much trouble with the products I have, that he'll extend the warranty on these for me and send me the parts to fix my gear. Now THAT is going out of their way on customer service to send me the parts on a board that I bought used 3rd-hand off somebody for my first/beginner board.
Way to go CWB, I'll definitely be buying more of your product!
Just wanted to share a good experience. |

right on bro... YAY!!! a good experience for once
CWB is really good with that kinda stuff... i may make the transition after i demo some 07 boards  _________________ Broke, Unsponsored, Carless, Broken donor cycle, 18 credit hours... and i drive to class wheeliein my sisters 49cc scooter... yea im bawlin |
