yeah anyway, I told him how it was possible. Rolling Eyes whenever I ride without a tower or ski pylon I almost always case it, making HS W2W about one out of every 10 -15 times.

A means nothing. Yes its nice and does help a little, but at your level its not that significant. Its almost definately a problem with your edging. Post a video

I learned to go w2w on a I/O with no tower so I know it can be done.

Robert Harp, maybe a hint that you need to work more on your technique... Maybe riding without packing heat would allow you to become more comfortable... I don't know...

You dont need a tower at all. Its your technique. If you dont really want to work on that then just shorten your rope length.

behind a seadoo huh?...is that like 9'-10' of air?

A tower isn't needed to go W2W...I rode behind my buddies Tahoe Q4 for a full summer and we learned to go W2W, no problem. He got a tower put on this summer and it makes it a little eaiser, but not THAT big of a difference...

Learn how to edge, going w2w without a tower is easy.

You can actually get a damn good amount of air without a tower also.

Not my thread, but i wakeboard without a tower. Not nearly as easy but i still have fun with it. Got the grabbed 180s and 360s. Working on the tantrums and backrolls this weekend.

I think this photo can give some people without a tower some hope. It was taken at the beginning of the season, i've gotten a new rope, tweaked with the lengths, and smashed as many chicks in the boat as possible and i can get higher and still land outside in the flats without sacrificing height.

Just keep playing with the rope length, speed, and weight and you'll be surpirsed what you can do. i know it's not the most impressive but i'll take what i can get.
