And before you get your nose out of joint this is a joke, which will probably be deleted in 5mins. It is my response to the mindless boat wars which have been raging over the last few weeks.

Sweet boats. I'l post some pics of mine once I get the camera back. I like the flames as well that looks sweet.
What kind of weight configs do you guys run in the Hurricanes and what lenght rope are u running. Were trying to get ours dialed in and the weather here is just plain $%^&ty. So the more hints I have the qucker I'l be able to get riding. We've been out twice so far and ran the stock 3 tanks with 275-300lb sacs on top of the back tanks and 325-350 in the nose. The wake was best at 70ft. I'm coming from a 88 2001nauty so weight placement is different in the v-drives. I think I need to take some out of the back and put some more up front. What do u guys think? What do you's have the Hydaulic plate at as well? We found that the plate almost all the way up worked best.
Any problems with your back cupholders not being flush to the bottom? JUst curios cause ours aren't. Dealer said the would check into it but like I said I'm just curious.
I LOVE THIS BOAT SO FAR IT"S SWEET
Kris

R3612-
It's been my experience that a good starting point for ballast, is a 3/2 ratio of weight from back to front....I don't know what those back factory tanks hold, but I think you're on the right track...

Lake Austin,
Surprising? No way. Those hull designers at Centurion are the best. Centurion is the only WB boat company with the smarts to do it. That's why they're the best.
Of course, I am biased, but I don't see anyone else out there with a 30' WB boat.

RanMan,
Not trying to start a war or anything, but the demographic for a 30' wakeboard boat is fairly narrow, and the market is small.....MC is the only other company in that market.... I like the looks of that Avalanche too....

I don't understand the purpose of a 30' wakeboard boat. No one would buy it if there looking in to buy a boat to help progress there riding.

The point of a 30' wakeboard boat? That's like questioning the point of having AMG trick out your Mercedes. Because it's cool. There may be sportier cars, but there is a thing called conspicuous consumption. That 30 footer may not be a SAN, but it's cool factor is immeasurable. BTW, did you see the blonde? I rest my case.

Mykwillis,
I don't think your screwed...try giving a call to fly-hi, they might have something available that isn't on there website....we use a fly-hi pole, it works well.....if something isn't available, I don't think it would be hard to make one that will slip over your existing pylon. good luck

| Skyjac also has a 3" extended pylon. $399 on their website: www.skyjac.com. Also, there was a guy on WakeWorld who had really good prices on Skyjac stuff. His email was tracetrimble@yahoo.com

Mr. Robinson,
You're living the life now and enjoying your student status. Someday you'll be a professional, if you're lucky, and want to have something that separates you from the kids on the lake. The 30' Centurion is just the ticket. You can go fast, wakeboard, ski, have room to entertain and stretch out, and have a functional cuddy to use when necessary. Once again, did you see the blonde? She's not impressed by your tournament quality wake, just so you know.

That is some funny shizzle. Boy does Centurion have you brainwashed. At least you are finally talking about something that Centurion did do right. The Tsunami is bad a**.

Yeah finally. Why is it bad ass? You guys are as shallow as a puddle in the desert. One second everything Centurion sux, the next it's the shizzle. Make up your mind. And sure, you'd get noticed in the Tsunami for bad reasons. Right. Like maybe sinking some Calabria with the wake. Darn things are lucky to be afloat as it is. All that ballast you're runnin' just to get a wake big enough you can cross in the air.
BTW, I'm interested in the cuddy cabin. And the blonde is interested because I'm thinking of her needs. You children, when are you going to think of someone other than yourself?
