Keep your weight balanced...try not to pull yourself so much...let the rope do alot of the work...let go with ur lead hand and keep your edge outta the water lol

Do you do the backside 180 first, or save the handle pass for the second 180?

bend your knees a lot. It will help keep you balanced and keep your edge out of the water. I bust them after cutting out in to the flats then waiting for the rope to slack up. But backside 180s will help you orient yourself better.

Cut out to the side to slow down just a tiny bit. Then the fins break loose very easily

If you ride with no fins like me, you should be set with the advice from the people above (thanks guys lol) but I would still cut out to kinda loosen up a bit

i agree with Marshall_Series, it's easy to do them in the wake but i enjoy maxing out the rope to once side but cutting out hard then stop cutting, gives some slack in the rope and a couple seconds to spin without having to worry about the boat pulling you and your edge catching.
