not really...

but i wanna learn how to land blind 180's and such, but i know that i need to learn how to ride blind first, i can do the hand cuff thing but every time i let go with my front hand i fall down, any tips?

try taking them small at first. i learned mine by slowing the boat down and going from inside of the wake to the outside and landing blind out in the flats. once i was comfortable with that, i went back to my normal speed and, again, went inside to outside. once comfortable with that, i went on to jumping wake 2 wake.
