I'm thinking that some personal instruction might be a good way to up my skill level. I'd like to find someplace reputable and fairly close to home.
Can anyone recommend a good wakeboard camp/school within about a 2-3 hour radius of Hilton Head Island, SC (southeast corner of the state).
Thanks. _________________ Hilton Head Wake Sports.com

dont waste your time
unless you plan on going somewhere with wakeboarding its a waste of time and money
just position yourslef around people who are really good
watch film and you'll be set |

| I have one and he's really good. i dont have his number, you'll have to call me for it. I live in SC too. 864-972-9422; his name is shane and he is AMAZING. he can do an egg roll (off wake roll to revert), a raley, and tons of other inverts and spins, even blind spins. |

i don't know about lessons, but i imagine a 1 or few day course to a beginner would get you going a lot quicker...i know i would be interested in a day lesson. _________________ Alright. It's Saturday night. I have no date, a two liter bottle of Shasta and my all rush mix tape. Let’s rock! |

Look up trophy lakes in Johns Island, its right out side of Charleston! I took my 1st lesson from Shuan Murray and I was up and riding in no time! Well worth the loot. _________________

Sorry but I gotta say that unless you're a natural you can benefit from instruction. Just because I'm not going anywhere in a competitive sense doesn't mean I don't want to do my best. And I need help from time to time. Lessons are fun, they force you to focus and they motivate you to try new stuff within your limits. For me it's money well spent. |
