| Beware these guys will rip you off. I won a brand new 139 gator from these guys on ebay for $90.00. I sent them a money order like they wanted. No board no return emails or calls. Do not buy from them. I know what a great deal it would have been. I am sure that is why they will not send me my board, cause it sold for less then they though they where going to get. But that is the risk you take when you sell on ebay with no reserve. Thanks for reading and DO NOT BUY FROM DOMINANTBOARDSPORTS |

Did you contact e-bay yet? I would do that first, then think about taking further action, because they basically have stolen $90 from you... _________________ midwestride.com -the Midwest Rider Movement-

| dude, dealing with ebay, you got what you deserved. One day my house was called-- TRUE STORY-- and they wanted to talk to the sales department of some automotive place, that they bid on a CAR and it never came. I guess they gave our phone number at random for a fake. ebay sucks. I would NEVER buy anything from it. |

| yes that is them, i just got off the phone with someone from there shop. I was told that a guy named chris handles ebay and that he made a mistake when listing the board. He told me he would talk to chris and make sure that he does the right thing here and send me my board. I will keep everyone up to date. thanks again andrew |

So of the tens of thousands of daily transactions on Ebay, one day you got a random phone call from out of nowhere? No way, every deal must be a scam. _________________

You're an idiot, i buy all my wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing gear off of ebay, just got a watson and 06 transits,
Ebay refunds the money if you don't receive the product, if kitejunky1, didn't receive his money all he has to do is tell ebay and they will give him his money back |

| Robert Harp prefers to deal in person... That way if it goes slightly askew, he can just whip out the ol' Glock, solves all the problems... Sometimes they even let him keep his money AND the product! |

| I got ripped by a guy selling DVD's out of TX. Apperantly he sold a bunch, then closed his account. I'm only out $10, but I'd still like to see the guy get a whoopin. There where alot of $10's he collected. |

| The lesson here seems to be: do not bid on auctions that require money orders or even worse cash - especially if there is just a hint af negative feedback. |

I buy stuff on ebay all the time and never had a problem with it. I bought something once and the day after the auction the guy emailed me to say he accidentally broke it and I got a full refund.
You should really report them to ebay, they don't like when stuff like that happens, it gives them a bad name! |

| I generally try to avoid eBay. I've had an account since '98 and haven't bid for the last two years. An eBay sell has to have a pretty good price/item and encouraging feedback before I go there over an established business in already good standing. |
