Well I've been spending a lot more time on my Hyperlite 139 (140?) Cruiser and I've been improving fast on it. I can't quite get w2w yet, but I'm dang close and part of it is our boat, I'm more than certain. My dad will be installing a tower shortly.
I'm starting to feel comfortable riding goofy (my usual stance) and switch.
Now I want something smaller and lighter. Recommendations for a 5'0" 120 lb rider? _________________ My other water preference is "frozen".
Definitely would recommend the LF Minx bindings...I love mine. As for the board...since you're already riding a fairly long board, try out a 134 (demo it 1st if you have a chance).
I'm 5'4", 125 lbs and ride a LF Nemesis 131. I really like that board (the grom's version of the Cadence 131...same mold/slightly different construction). I recently got to try the Cadence 134 and I think I might want to step up to a bit longer of a board for more stability.
Also, there are some really good boards by O'brien (upper end ones) that I wish I could get my hands on...no upper end O'brien dealers in my area though and I'd like to demo it 1st.
