Hey, I'm Justin. I figured I introduce myself. I live in SC and been rideing a little since last summer. Can't do anything big yet but, hopeing to lern and get better.

We've had a recent incident of a vet posting as a newbie just to drive us mad.

If you are indeed a newb. Welcome to the madhouse. Be kind, and you'll live a happy wakeboarder forum life. Be a jerk, or post of pic of yourself in a pink shirt, and it's all over brother. Sharks circle the waters just waiting to bust on newbies, and it's aint pretty.

Now let us know about your boat, board etc.

It's a family boat, 05' Ranger fish&ski with a 200 yamaha v-max.
My board is something called a hydroslide? I'll probably buy a new board pretty soon, when I found out what are some good ones.

wakej98, Welcome and in opposition to what Darin said, don't be fake like 90% of the people on this board and hold back what you think, be yourself, it makes things much more interesting. This is mainly non wake though

My suggestion to you would be this, ''IF ''you are not familar with forum etiquette just lurk for 3 months read everything and learn.
1. Spelling/punctuation is important.
2. Don't start threads without searching.
3. Don't spout off about things you don't know about.
4. Don't post pictures of yourself, unless of coarse you have your arm around an
extremely HOT girl!

There is Tons of good info here and some of us are in the industry as well as some pro's who pop in and out, so enjoy and just think and reread before you post anything.

Well welcome to all the Newbs. Itch's advice is good to pay attention to.

This is a great place for you to pick up some quality info about wakeboarding.
The info I got here is what helped me decide on boards, bindings, etc.
And not to mention I have met some cool people on here from trips and boarding sessions.
