Robert Harp, Or he's tying to buy in bulk and cut his own because he thinks it will be cheaper and that he can sell them to the rest of the members of his website (I'm assuming it's a forum, but I don't care) and get profit.

Someone else on the site got this bright idea last summer I believe, and it didn't end up being any cheaper for the time he put into it.

Winching? Do you winch spectra rope? I'd think that would get worn out real quick.

Yeah i am winching and it doesn't wear out fast because the winch is rope friendly because it has these nice rollers on it.

We're building a winch as well.. almost complete actually. Waiting to hear back some word from bulletlines.com as they are currently developing 1200' spools of spectra they intend to sell. There is some talk about it over on winchskating.com forums. We're gonna run about 1000' ourselves.
