Our boat can hold a maximum of 1200 lbs. including people in the boat. Right now I am close to going for a ski locker bag. What are some other options of ballast that i can use in the boat? I was thinking of the little 85lb. bags that launch pad has, and throwing two in the rear corners of the boat. i might try and get a digital camera of some possible places that they can go in the boat. Also should i just buy one of those pumps that goes over the side of the boat or integrate the ballast in with the boat?

Here are the bags i am thinking about.

I have an issue about the second one. On boardstop it says it holds 600 lbs and on wakeside it says it holds 375... Who's right?

Certainly the integrated system offers convenience but first experiement with where you need your sacs and how much weight you want - I have a whole lotta internal weight but still keep a 400 lb sac up front for light-crew days vs. heavy-crew days.

The heavier duty sacs will certainly last longer, particularly the ones with good fittings built-in...the blue "perfect union" waterbed fittings tend to strip out....

I have the ski lockers filled with skinny water bed tubes, a fat sac up front, one under the rear seats and water bead tubes along both side of the engine,
I am sure I am over capacity

the wake was always ok for me, until i got friends with X stars and malibus
now my boat sits
