| I have a 06 Supra 24 and when fully waited down the perfect pass wanders up and down. I have gone through the manual but any advice would be great. |

| when i load up, its a harder strain on the engine, the perfect pass will take longer to keep up with the demand that the extra weight puts on the engine |

| Thanks for the heads up I figured 2000 lbs would have an effect on performance. |

| You'll want to make some adjustments to the KDW and NN parameters for wakeboard mode. Make little adjustments at a time until you get it how you like. You might find how to do this on the pp website under support. |

bigwakes pretty much nailed it. There should be a perfect pass manual seperate from your Supra 24 manual that goes into detail on the adjustments. I believe it should also come with a perfect pass quick reference card (At least mine did). Then it would just be twiddling with the settings until you find your desired performance. _________________ Riders Inc. |

I have switched the nnw and kdw settings as per the dealer but that didn't do anything. I am going out today to work on it some more so hopefully I'll have a good report.
Thank you for your input. |

From my experience, you'll need to cut the NN down quite a bunch and increase the kdw slightly to begin with if your moving away from the factory settings.
NN is the number of samples of the speed taken before an adjustment is made.
KDW relates to the amount of change that is made each time PP makes an adjustment.
If the motor starts to sound nervous you've definitely gone to far. In most cases if you adding weight to your boat these settings need to be played with to get the best pull. |

I made the following changes and the perfect pass is now within 1/10 of the set speed.
Changes: NNW 80 and KDW 180
The system ran perfectly and damn that boat is sick. Thank you all you were very helpful. |

All of yall, although well intentioned and correct normally are wrong about HIS issue. I also have an 06 24V and have had the same problem for a year with many others. The PP has a problem and many changes have been made to make the throttle by wire compatible with the older PP meant for a mechanical system. Take it to your dealer and tell him to make the changes sent by the factory. They finally have the problem figured out. _________________ My therapist says it is all your fault. |
