Hi my name is Asia and i just got intrested into this sport. My friend Cameron convinced me to try this sport and Im not sure what kind of board or bindings i should look at since I am new at this. So i was wondering if you guys can help me with this.

| not any pro models, as they will make beginning harder. but other than that anything u want if u got the monies. good luck and welcome to wakeboarding. |

Asia - Great to hear you are getting into wakeboarding. Let me know your height & weight so I can help you out with what boards might work for you. If you feel more comfortable checking it out for yourself, try this link to the board wizard.

I weigh about 105 and im about 5'2". that should help from here to figure out what board i need to start off on. _________________ If it aint broken you can still RIDE! |

probably a 125-133 cm. I ride a 137, I'm 5'11" and 160 pounds.. my girlfriend is 5'4" and weighs about 95-100, but she tried to get up on a 132 (old, no clue what model.. Hyperlite though) and she couldn't. then we switched her over to a 125 and she popped right up.
longer = more pop. shorter = easier for spins, lighter. 3 stage rocker = pop goes UP (and WAY UP), continuous rocker = pop goes up and out. hope this helped. I dont know about boots though. sorry. |
