I need to know how exactly to do a 360....i can do 180s all day....please tell me the trick to getting that second spin in.....oh yea and what is a wrapeed 360 or wrap 360....any help will do thanks

Wrapped 360's can only be done with a special handle, with a small grip about two feet forward of the regular handle. You have to hold the regular handle around your back with your lead hand, (wrapped) and the small grip with your back hand. When you make you jump, let got of the small handle and the rope should unwind you into the 360.
Regular frontside 360's are much less confusing. Most of the time your biggest problems will be either spinning too early or missing the handle on the pass. When you make your jump, wait until the board has completely left the wake to start your spin. If you spin too early, your board will go out the back and you'll just keep landing on your shoulders or head. For the handle pass, practice doing surface 3's on a kneeboard to get comfortable with finding the handle behind your back. You can do surface 3's on a wakeboard, but it's a little harder and the falls hurt more than on a kneeboard. Hope this helps!

Get a ski handle and some kind of weight, just use the handle and the 5' of line connected to it. Add weight to it, either plate weights, or milk jug w/ water, just practice spinning it around your body, keep it close to your body. Doing this will make it A LOT easier to pass the handle.

Naw i like the 25lb plate. But i DO love whoever told that to me, cause that stuff is awesome Laughing. Im an avid believer, after doing that for a couple weeks my first 360 attempt went all the way around, i just slid out the landing for the next 20 attempts.

the "trick" to a HS FS 360 is to go off the wake, spin 360 degrees, and land it.

personally when i do 360s i lean over my chest a little when my back is facing the boat to prevent me from pulling myself off the axis i want to be on. also you have to not let go of the handel untill you feel it in your other hand you cant be afraid to hand on........i learned my 3 off one wake as a slower speed to begin....then took it wake to wake- also when i pass the handel i like to smack the top of my wrist to the small of my back......if you can get your wrist to the small of your back and actually touch you wrist to your back you will find the handel easilly......hope these tips help, they do for me

i cant do a 3 but, i heard to make a 3 easier do a 720 on the trampoline and then it will make your 3 that much easier on the water.

I gained consistancy on my 3's after I broke it down into 3 easy parts.
1. Think wake to wake until you are airborne.
2. After you pop, almost at the peak of your jump, use both hands to pull the handle down to your rear hip.
3. Let go of the handle with your front hand, turn your head and look straight behind you, and reach across your back for the handle. once you get it, hang on!

When I let go of the handle with my front hand, I point the handle straight down at the water. It helps to get it in position for the pass.

goinbig143, that sounds like it might help. All I have done w/ my 360s are provide spectacular crashes for the people in the boat. The more air the better, too, right? That should give you more time to do what you need to do.

More air does help, but be careful. If you come in too quickly, there will be too much tension on the rope, and the handle pass will be difficult, or you can get pulled off axis.
