|
|
I'm building a tower out of 2" pipe (2 1/2" O.D.) and I cant find swivel's and breakaway's.
Please dont say "do a search" cause I have been searching and it seems the largest you can get is 1 1/2".
Please help if you know where to get them.
thanks |

When you say swivel do you mean Hiem Joints?
These are what came on my monster tower.
I built my first tower on a 96 VLX.
Just went to a machine shop and had them make everthing I needed.
It cost me 300 but it was worth it. Looked killer. That was in 98 though.
Hiem joints ... GRAINGER,.. Fastenal. |

No, not the hiem joint.
On the top of your Monster tower, where the cross bar hinges down.
I am looking for thoose hinges, in that size. I called Monster Tower but they wont sell me them or tell me where they get them.
Thanks for the Grainger and Fastenal ideas. But they did not have them. |

PM Billet Man here and see if he has anything. I think he had mounting feet and tow spools, not sure about the joints though. Its worth a shot. _________________

Thoose are too small. I need 2.5 O.D.
I think I found a place on the Outer Banks East Carolina that has them.
Thanks for the help. |
