you can still jump wake to wake just like a wakeboard. people can even do 180s and 360s, too. you can also do shove its, and kick flips wake to wake. there's really no limit. _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

scott a is right, but its so much harder to learn and progress on a skate for me than on a wakeboard, i could jump about a week after i started wakeboarding, ive been wakeskating for 2 weeks and i still need work on my surface 3s. oh yeah, nothing really important, but its a wakeskate, not a wakeskate board but definatly try it, youll love it |

yes you can jump
I started skating this season, yesterday was likely my 10th day on the board or so.
It is tricky at first for sure but you can land it, just like the wakeboard you start off slow, build up to dropping in and out of the wake, etc, then more speed = a little air.
Its alot of fun! So many times I have come down with my feet in weird places on the board (landing) and you have to try and save it, a few times only one foot on the board no way to save it, etc.
Wakeskating is addicting, I usually stap on the wakeboard, then ride it until I fall hard enough to pop both bindings, then I have them hand me the skate and skate the rest of the session/day
<---------------Addict, surface 3's, small jumps, riding switch, and a small grab the other day, after 5 years+ wakeboarding and first season on the skate. Plan to be W2W in a month or so, I am old (33) so I dont progress like I used to! hahaha |
