so i've been wanting the add another mobe to my set of tricks...so how hard is a pete rose? they seem alright as long as you initiate the spin well enough. i can do crow mobes, so i am alright with landing blind and all of that. what exactly should you do? hopefully someone can give me a step-by-step guide so i can start trying these and hopefully land them soon. thanks in advance. |

warm up with some really slow ts 3s because the pete is a very slow mobe compared to most. hence when people rush it they usually dive forward like a baseball player, this is how the name originated because pete rose would always dive head first for a base or home. first off you want your roll to reverts to be dialed if you can grab them this is even better because it will help you learn the pete. initiate the pete as you would a r2r (you can spot your landing as soon as you complete the r2r by looking over your front shoulder (which was your back shoulder on the approach to the wake) ) after the r2r and you spot your landing try to put the handle in your back pocket and you can either pass the handle or fall out blind.
i hope this makes sense and helps, good luck. _________________ Random Acts Of Dumbness Will Always Be Rewarded. |

| for me i think the key is getting a really nice vertical pop off the top of the wake and going for the grab, without the grab, you aint landing it. I like get a really good pop grab and just spin the three, it comes around real naturally. Its weird to say this but you should almost do the trick exactly how it looks, it comes around pretty naturally. And being able to petes has nothing to do with doing crow mobes, good petes that is |

| i figured it didn't have anything to do with a crow mobe, just the landing blind part would help the most. |
