how do you do a reverse start?

ive seen reverse starts where people look away from the boat and get up backwards..this just looks cool and i owuld like to know how to do it i tried yesterday and almost go tmy arms ripped off any tips?

same way u do a lipslide. I can do them just fine. instead of using ur abs to get up (regular up) and use ur lower back (a LOT) and keep ur feet behind you--between you and the boat. hope this helps. peace.

check out hyperlite's old vhs wake 101 or whatever its called. it used to come with wakeboard/binding/rope/vhs packs they sold. shaun murray himself teaches you to do a reverse start. andy laz and eric perez also ride. they show you why twin tip boards are better. then it really steps up and shows you how a fashion air is done. they will teach you "heli's" yeah thats right... 360? noooooo itsa heli. then how to ride switch...so when somebody asks you which way do you ride? you can say both dude!.. thats all actual stuff from the video. i kid you not. its so horrible its classic.
