hey i was wondering if anyone here has built their own tower/know where i can find a guide or blueprints for one?

jw if you just had a bemeny top could u put a tie up thing on the top and use it as a tower or would it fall over bend ext

here is my homemade tower. it is alot of work and not much cheaper than buying a monster tower. we first made a model out of rebar to figure sizes and approximate angles. it is key to get good mounts and build from there. on ebay there is company pyramid manufactoring that sells some good mounts, rope spool and accesaries like speaker cans. very good quality stuff. people think my tower was purchased from tower company.

as for bending aluminum it is not best bending material. we actually used an electric powered conduit bender because bends are a little more gradual so the aluminum would not flatten or separate like they do in a exhaust bender
