Ok, everytime I throw it I but check it and pull myself up. However, I tryed to over rotate it and the hold side of the front of the board clipped the water and threw me out of my bindings and I ate s#$%. I don't understand, exactly how far of the rotation are you supposed to throw it?

When I do front rolls I have time to adjust the speed of my rotation when I am coming around. I think it just comes with experience. Do them some more and you'll get them down. _________________ www.nationsfoundation.org http://www.vimeo.com/user497855
the biggest thing with the front roll is riding up the wake tall, thats were you get the trip from. ride it up farther you are now which will pop you more then it'll give you more time to slow your rotation and spot so you wont butt check so bad. also try to look away from the boat a lil bit to help your position when landing. _________________ crashin big only hurts when you crack your cheek bone on tantrums, otherwise its all good!!!
