I'm just a little bit excited...I just put on a 6" lift and wheels and tires on my Excursion...it's an '02 7.3L Diesel. Check it out!
(BTW, my roommate too these pictures with the camera built into my cell phone, so sorry about the quality)

Thanks!
To all of my new Texas friends I made and met at the party, drinks are on me next time around.
JT, the grill guard came from Road Armor. They make some sick stuff! Now I just need to put a winch on it...

That's awesome... what size and kind of tires are those? If money isn't an object, some bigger tires might be nice. That's a huge grille gaurd!! You might want a couple more lights in it though. Anyway, very nice truck... love the lift!!

DaveBrowning, they're Explorer Pro-Comp X-Terrain's in 35"x12.50. Bigger tires would be cool, but these were the biggest I could go without rubbing. On my next set tho, I might try to squeeze 38's. More lights? Heh...my roommates already think I have too many as it is.
Nor*Cal, yeah my gas mileage does suck. I just got it back a few days ago so I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing about 12mpg hwy, 10mpg city...down from 17/13.
Jim M, thanks! I haven't gone crazy with the A/V on this truck. On my last truck it was all over the place...so I'm taking it easy on this one. Before, I went overboard and spent WAY too much cash...so this is stayin basic.
DungeonPrincess, heh...compensating??? You'd have to sample for yourself to find out...I'll probably be in 'Bama in a month or so.

DungeonPrincess, my roommate's from Gadsden, so I might end up there for a bit...Jason, I'll have to bring some benjamin's with me
Jim M, I sold the 4Runner fully loaded...couldn't take anything out without there being irreparable holes and such.
wakeriderof87, hell yeah I use it...a few pics from this afternoon are below. So far (1 day so far), I love the X-Terrain's. I've had them up to 90 or so on the highway, and they're not loud at all...they don't hum like Bogger's at all. And they grip amazingly well in dirt and stuff.

definetly not kidding, excursions are the most worthless trucks ever produced. The 8-10 miles per gallon doesn't justify having one. who the Bubb Rubb needs to drive a damn bus down the road

It's way more original than a jeep...how many excursions do you see like that...now how many lifted jeeps are there, it's ridiculous. I think it's bad ass myself.
Later,
