hey all, i really need some help with these two tricks ive tried each about 10 times, if that and stuck a couple tootsies but no whirly as yet. anywayz there is a couple things i keep doin on each that i have no idea how to fix.
on whirlys i kind of land and then keep spinning nad get a backside edge and get wholloped. and on tootsies i land really back foot heavy even if i try to get over it on my approach.
if anyone can give me sum pointers it would be greatly appreciated... cheers |

| well if you're getting the whirly around and still spinning when you land, your either: a) not getting enough height. b) not opening up for landing. c) both of the above |

When you come around on your whirly try opening your body back up and take your bicep away from your face. You may even try grabbing the handle with the other hand as your landing to stop the rotation. Also maybe pop up more before you initiate the spin like delay your spin just a touch more(looks more stylish to IMO) _________________ www.soswakeboard.com

It's pretty normal to keep rotating when you are learning whirlys. Try to take a slightly shorter cut too. Think about taking the trick up and not out. _________________ www.ten-80.com |
