They shouldnt be that much different, you might wanna take your fins out (if you dont already ride finless). This will compensate for landing a little short and having to surface the rest of the way around. I wanna try a 3 off the starting dock at OWC the next time Im there, thatd be pretty sweet. _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

I've found that I'm able to spin it around pretty easy (easier than I thought) but the water comes up fast (particularly on the ollie) so the landings are tricky. Try to spot them early. It's a little different than the w2w because you have a lot less line tension which makes it easier to spin. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

Aright thanks, didnt get any in today, got distracted with getting the HS 3 consistent ( ) and TS frontrolls. I did practice some ollies off the rollers though, one was huge, Id guess 4 feet. If I remember Ill try them tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
Oh yea, one more question...which roller do you usually do them off of? 1st or 2nd so you can land on the downside of the next roller or do you take the 3rd (biggest) and just have a harder landing? |
