I just joined today because the web site Nazis at my school blocked wakeskating.com..........but I'm the only one in my entire school that visits the site!

Does anyone know a way that I can get to the site without going through the address?.........google links aren't working either.

Anyone from INDY?

a couple of options... you just gotta find a free proxy that they don't block...
or you could just try typing in the actual ip address of wakeskating.com... which is 66.192.180.102 or use googles cache... you wont be able to get up to minute updates on the forums, but everything else should be okay. If those don't work, you could get really complicated and tunnel your traffic from your computer at home, but it's not worth it for you, you might as well just wait until you get home to view the site.

do they have the ip adresses blocked too? try going to run, then to cmd, then ping then space, then the website name, and type in the serioes of numbers. tyhats what we do at our school.

What you need is to get some hot chick to talk the network admin out of the password for the cyberguard. Once you have that, you go in and allow a certain IP address to have unrestricted access (make sure your server doesn't auto-assign). Next you set up a password protected admin login on a certain machine, then you set the IP address yourself. Or you could just go into the allowed weblist page and put in "wakeboarder" no .com or anything. If the hot chick is not an option and your school is blocking you with a hardware firewall/filter you are pretty much screwed. Proxy servers get spammed SO BAD as soon as a new one opens up that even if your snapgear isn't set to block proxy servers your chances of getting to one will be slim to none. And slim just left town.
