| It's a great boat! My son and I rode in a pre-production model back in July. They make a built-in ballast system that should be plenty for a while. My son surfed behind it and it made a huge wake without any ballast at all. We had about 5 adults in the boat. I'll post a pic to my gallery. |

I think it's primarily a fit/trim difference. The hulls are the same. |

| I'm pretty sure the hulls are different. Their site says they have further refined the convex V, and the bow is deeper. The 22v is 21'8" and the ve' is 22'0" |

Could very well be. I was going by memory. I saw both boats last summer. |

the 22vé has more of a curve towards the transom- so it sits lower, displacing more water, and creating a bigger wake than a 22v w/ the same amount of weight (and at the same speed). dont know how the shape of the wake differs... yet. _________________ I eat Vegans. Medium-Rare.

| Ruune, ya I have and the ve is definitely longer. I think they also said the rocker is different for better wake and handling. |

you said there is little difference- thats why I questioned it. The rocker in the hull is indeed a bit different, but so is the transom, engine compartment, dash, windshield, interior, tower, glove box, ballast system, and total weight distribution. _________________ I eat Vegans. Medium-Rare.

| I didn't really mention the other differences since they are more aesthetic, the size and rocker are the key differences between the boats. |
