how do u hit a kicker.. well its more of a launch, but how do u hit one, its 3 feet high and about 10 feet long. thx Cool

just slide into it and keep your weight centered over the board so you don't slip out. Make sure you don't try to edge once your on it or you'll fall on for face

Drewy_Ramone, it's pretty easy. A 10 foot one thats only 3 ft high shouldn't be a problem. Wet it down the first time you pass and take a slight cut into the kicker. When you get to the ramp come off your edge so the board is flat. You don't have to lean back or forward, just stay like you would if you were in the water. Then towards the top just extend your legs to get pop rather than absorb it.

Well even though it sounds like a pretty mellow transition, I would recommend letting your knees absorb it once or twice to get a feel for it, then work your way up making them stiffer and stiffer as you go. That is if you dont want to be falling the first few times. But it sounds like an easy ramp.
