I've been looking for a while now, but all I could find was this halfway decent fox guy. A little help would be appreciated.

Just go to baddassbuddy.com and then choose your icon. Save it to your computer and then make sure its less than 6kb. Simple as that.

Kinky, I just used ulead gif animator. I made the individual frames in photoshop tho...
