I'm really bummed. I was gonna go wakeboarding 2 days in row, yesterday and today, but 10 minutes into my first run yesterday, i threw an indy tantrum, landed weird adn dislocated my knee. So not only did I not get to ride for the rest of the day, but now I don't get to go today. Just thought I'd share my misery with you guys. _________________ "What? When did the ballast break? Man knee injurys SUCK! Hope its all ok.
Down here in Sydney the weather is warming up nicely, the waters warm like a bath at the river ,and the chicks are out in bikinis getting tans some TOPLESS, LOVE IT......BUT this is why i hate knee injurys, I decided that yesterday would be my first day back behind the boat after rupturing my ACL (that F@#%in HURT!!), no reco done just intense physio for 3 months , got a brace , everything was sweet first up testing the water so to speak, a few little wake jump 180's , no worries it felt ok, second set , surface 180 on the wake caught an edge and tweaked the knee, now its swallon again and bloody sore, guess I'll have observe the beaches looking for white pointers while i recover a bit more.
Enjoy winter you northerners |

Yeah, so i went to the doctor yesterday, and he said that I definetly dislocated it, which isn't all that bad, but my leg bones were all out of allignment, so he had to pop them all back into place. Not a fun experience. _________________ "What? When did the ballast break? Where's some fat chicks when you need them?" |
