|
|
Alright, so this season is officially over for me living up here in Wisconsin. Its getting cold and the water is about to freeze. I made some pretty good progress this season. I went far ahead of my goals for the year and learned a 360, tantrum, and backroll. Next summer i am looking to improve even more, but i was wondering what new tricks would be good to learn. I would like to take the 3 to a 5 and go tanny to blind and roll to revert, but i would also like to learn some new inverts. What would be good to learn. Thanks _________________ take the time to contemplate who you are and where you want to go. Find whatever it is that makes you happy and go with it. SuperEt112345, raley based tricks are always good to have, and like Jim M said, switch tricks.
What about toeside? |

super4011, please tell me you're joking.
If not, switch is where you ride with your opposite foot foward.
So if I am left foot foward, then switch would be me riding with my right foot foward. |

Last summer was my first seanson and i learned moves like toeside 360 and toeside 540 and a bunch of other grabs but i could also almost land toeside frontroll but i cant land any spin from heelside WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

well the guy is from Venezuela, so it is possible he hasn't heard of that terminology of they refer to it as something else, because there are synonyms for switch. Not to metion the language barrier.
Never forget to work on style. Tweaks, pokes, slow rotations etc.. |

You can't leave out your toeside and switch tricks -- a huge bad I made last year, although i did some switch riding, I went for a few wake jumps and fell. Getting comfortable with toeside isn't a bad idea. _________________

frontroll, scarecrow, front flip, half cab, tantrum to fakie, special k,tootsie roll,AND GRABS...grabs are a must if you want style in your riding, tweak some of your grabs, and throw in a grab to your tantrum or frontroll

Pacco LF, a special k? We arent talking to Shaun Murray here! Thats a pretty unique and I imagine hard trick for an intermediate rider. |

What about toeside? |
try bs 3 and then switch toeside 5
its easier that way |

What about toeside? |
you should try some new toeside and switch tricks
maybe bs 360 and then switch toeside 540
i think its the easiest way if you prefer bs rotations
but you still learn a switch frontside trick |
