kampus wakeskate

ive had a kampus wakeskate for 5 months that is starting delaminate. so i call them (kampus)and they tell me i need a reciept which i do not have..they tell that there is nothing that they can do unless i have a reciept. hay way to stick behind your product. ok so i call my local board shop where i got the board from and he tells me that they are folding and he hasent been able to get any product from them. i told him my story and he would give me a new reciept to send them. but he also said since he thinks they are about to fold i should keep my skate because i might not get nothing in return from them.. so then i get home and call kampus they send to a guy name pauls voice mail who for 3 days has not returned my call now i pissed and tommorow morning they are going to get a mouth full from me..

ps never spend your money on kampus products they dont know how to stand behind it.......

I ride a kampus swing for 2 years and i love it. Even though Kampus might not be good to their riders, there boards are sweet. I stuck my first varial last week with it.

how come you dont have a receipt?

mine delammed and they (the company I bought it from) sent me another new one without question.

mine was a k39 if that matters.

As you spend more money on things in the future, that little thing called a receipt makes it much easier to deal with service or quality issues. Very Happy

i had a k39 last year that started to crack really bad and i sent kampus pics and then sent the board and got a brand new one. they did not even ask for a receipt. good luck with getting a new one!
