It's the 25th through the 27th of this month. Its going to be on the north side of town, kinda by Mecham (sp) airport.

atxwake, I'll be there. I was condsidering going to Dallas that weekend to look at a boat anyway. I'm somewhat familiar with the metroplex, I just need some good directions to find the venue where the Vans Triple Crown is being held. Also, does anyone know of the event times? Boomer, I'll PM you with some definate directions, where in KS you coming from? You know how to get to Dallas?

As far as the times go, Friday volunteers need to be there at 7:30 or 8 AM. Everything gets rolling about 9 AM everyday from what I hear. There not really any of this info on the web. I know buywake.com is selling advance tix for like $5, im pretty sure friday will be free though. Dont quote me on any of this, it's all just kinda passed down to me. I'll see if I can get some more info from Melanie. or get her to post here.

I haven't heard one way or the other. I would say no, because of last year. we just had a back pack full of beer last year. some people were just putting the ice inside the cardboard beer case. Others would have no person carry in the ice and the others carry in the beer or drinks. Prices were F'ing expensive last year for food and drink there. I think my pretzel was like $4.

I volunteered to help out too......anyone that volunteers, if ya'll want, we can go out to lake worth after we are released saturday afternoon and ride a little, i'll have my boat out there and lake worth is like 5 minutes away.

Hey guys-sorry it took me so long to get back with you all, but I was waiting out this Orlando stop first to see how it went. I emailed everyone that wants to volunteer lastnight. If you want to bring along others to help, that'll be fine. If you have any questions just let me know and I'll try to get them answered. I only know when information is passed down to me, then I pass it along.

To answer a few questions:
There are no coolers allowed
Those volunteering will get free lunch, drinks
There is no charge for Friday, they charge Saturday and Sunday

Thanks Ryan for helping to pass along some of this information

I'll be working front gate so everyone going introduce yourselves and don't give me a hard time!
