I called these jokers about a month and a half ago to get some lace slides for the element binding. They say sure we'll send you some. I wait a couple of weeks, nothing They are only coming from the next state over. I call them again they say they do not know what happened "we'll send you some more". It's been a month since the last call and I'm still waiting.

Damn good thing I didn't pay anything.

Go to your local dealer or the shop you got your bindings from. Ask them for some. No need to go directly to company. That is what your local dealer is for.

yeah, why would you go directly to liquid force for some laces? just go to any local shop and if you goto the shop you got them from, maybe they will even exchange your whole bindings, who knows. When my 3DS's ripped, i just got handy with some super glue and my old high backs and fixed them myself...i'm sure you can do the same with a lace

I had the same problem! My little key on my lace lock came out. I checked with my local board shop but they only had the outer piece so I emailed LF. They said the part was in the mail. We didnt get it so we sent another about 2 weeks ago and said we didnt get it. They replied a new one was in the mail. Still no piece. WTF!
