|
|
Ok so I was watching relentless today (which I've seen about 100 times) , and when it got to Cody Hall's section I thought to myself. "Self.....Who the hell is this guy?". I havent heard anything about him other than his section in relentless. Is he just one of their lesser known team riders who they just decided to put in the video along with the big fella's or what? Anyone? _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

| Canyon lake Local. One of those local pros that rip that not many people know about unless you live here. Perry richmond is another lesser known guy in relentless. I got to ride with him a couple times when he lived out in cali. The guy rips, he should have gotten a longer section. |

| Perry is back in CA, living in Bakersfield. At least he was in July. Perry is definately a cool guy, he goes big & is loyal to the folks that helped him come up. He still rides for the local shop here in San Luis Obispo. If you see his recent spreads he is rockin a big Esteem sticker, pretty cool of the guy. |

NorthwestRider, yea i wasnt gonna say anything about that , but I agree as well. There a ton of grabs in there , most of which I can do myself. _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

| I think hes sickk with stlye...maybe not most technical but hes the best grabber in my opinion (just barely over Andrew Adkison) All of his grabs he holds forever and tweaks to the point that most people's ankles snap. |

| I wasn't impressed by his rail or wake tricks. His style just doesn't do it for me - but that's my opinion. At the same time, if LF wants to put him in their team vid, props to him - he's obviously done something right along the way. |

Yup he can do double grab FS 5s. I've never seen him even do a backside 5, none the less BS 7s, not saying he can't. But did you see his TS FS 7's in relentless? both times he had to switch back the last 180 on the water. And not grabbed.

I've seen his riding in Big Wakes of Horror and My Side as well. Pretty much all the same tricks in each.
I haven't watched those in a while so I don't know, I'll get back to you. _________________ www.nationsfoundation.org

Cody has moved on into the family business selling real estate. I am sure he is still riding occasionaly just not being payed by LF to do it full time. Cool guy and great rider. |

watch him free ride in person until then shhhh. . .for starters he rides alot farther back than most of yall. . .second when you guys do a 25 stair rail pulled behind a dirt bike then you can be un-impressed with his rail skills _________________ TEAM PIRATE, AAAARRRGGGHHH YOU READY?

| who cares how far back he rides? it doesn't make up for the fact that his section in relentless sucked. it's pretty funny how people assume just cause someone is from california they automatically have "west coast style". infact besides harris and gonzalez i haven't really seen to many GREAT wakeboarders from cali. sure lots of talented but too many riders from california get too much credit in my eyes while rippers from other states get ignored. |

| mikacich, schmaltz and nelson are from california right? murray and harf were born in california. Those are just big name riders but there are some lesser known riders that live out here and rip. |

The Headless Chicken, yeah but harf has lived in florida almost his whole life. Not being rude or anything, but just because Harf was born in Cali doesn't mean he is a west coast rider since he has been living in FL for a while, from my understanding. I don't know how long he lived in Cali for though....Just a thought, hope it was clear enough. |

| Kento911, we all ride at 87 so i dont know HOW much further he can be riding. I'm not impressed with his section at all and the fact that he stuck a couple 7s in it means nothing because they probably filmed him for a month or so. I havent seen him ride in person, and i definately think he is good. Just not good enough to be in relentless and definately not good enough to have his own part in relentless. I also was not blown away with his rail skills. Just because you hit a rail over stairs doesnt make you good, it just makes you stupid. |

yeah progression is sooooo stupid. . . . and no not everyone rides 87 foot ropes Im glad you do. . but Cody Hall deserves respect. . . lik eI said go free ride with him and if you can clown him behind the boat then I will listen to your opinion _________________ TEAM PIRATE, AAAARRRGGGHHH YOU READY?

Who says that we have to ride better then some one to have a valid opinion of them?
Compaired to other pros, I don't think Cody Hall really progressing anything, other then W$R or what ever. Cody rips, but not for a pro, not enough to be in Relentless or have his own part in Relentless. _________________ www.nationsfoundation.org
