Do a search on binding lube at the top left of the page.
You can buy various binding lubes online
People have used shaving cream, suntan lotion, liquid dish soap, glycerin, sex lube, etc.....
There are differing opinions on each of these...

Asstroglide works wonders... Any water based lubricant will work. Also, go to either www.boardstop.com or www.buywake.com and look for binding specific lubes!

Soap kills the fishies and makes the weeds grow due to the nitrates. Plus it dries out your bindings. Get a binding specific lube, they're expensive but last a long time.V little is needed to get into your bindings.

I use moose juice it's great!
~Non-soap based product
~spray top bottle
~Biodegradable
~contains no phosphates, dyes, or fragrances
~eases your foot into the binding, reducing wear and stretch, then rinses out fast.
~doesn't feel thick and slimy
~moose juice binding lubricant it is not soap based. Use of soap based products over time break down rubber bindings.
~My feet slip into the bindings with out effort and then quickly washes away so i feel control on the water.[/b]

I use the lube from down at OWC/Performance Ski & surf. Bill's Bioslime

I found it to be the best for me. I dilute it 50% with water and put in a spray bottle.
